Soldiers clear rubble from a collapsed building a day after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit the town of Mianzhu in Sichuan Province.One building totally ruined while another just next to it virtually untouched. Notice that the glass windows are still intact! What kind of building standards did the collapsed building adhered to? This is really a good picture for posing questions to the authorities in China.
